Brent studied manufacturing engineering at BYU. While there he participated in the SAE Mini-Baja competition. He now works for Honeywell Turbo Technologies in Torrance, CA as a Product Engineer for variable geometry turbochargers - like on the Ford 2003 PowerStroke Diesel. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, he works with Boy Scout Troop 1244. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Engineering Engine Systems at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
